Things We Do for Love is about youths and their lives at school and home, with their parents getting in their way. Pusher (Adjetey Anang) is in a relationship with Dede but has other girlfriends, and is the cause of nearly all the trouble in the neighbourhood. His friend BB seeks ideas from Pusher to attract Marcia — whose brother, Max, has feelings for Dede. Shaker (Majid Michel), a smooth-talking womanizer, sets his sights on Enyonam (Jackie Appiah), who is in love with a calmer guy but lives in fear of her father.
