Overview

In the evening, at the end of the working day, an unknown person calls the chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Trust Bank, Pochekaev, and informs him that armed robbers are seizing one of his bank's branches at that moment. Pochekaev takes the call for an unwise joke, and in vain. We see how five men in colorful masks break into the bank and lay employees and customers on the floor.
