Overview

Nernesio Chupaca, of Andean origin, travels to Argentina, a country experiencing extraordinary monetary inflation. In Buenos Aires, he meets two locals who try to swindle him with currency exchange and take advantage of his naiveté in a context of blatant economic speculation and dubious financial dealings.
