Overview
Detective Rachel Starr and her partner in crime, Sean Lawless, bust a rub and tug. Rachel and Sean successfully handcuff the perp, but while waiting for the warrant to arrive, Sean convinces Rachel to blow off a little steam. Detective Starr strips out of her clothes and gets the rub down of her life.
