Overview
Yohei and his wife Yumi found an abandoned kitten and named it Kiu. They lovingly raised it, but one day Kiu went missing. A few days later, they discovered that Kiu had been a victim of abuse by a city hall employee, who was arrested but later released on probation. Disappointed by Japan's weak animal protection laws, the devastated couple's despair led Yohei to seek revenge on the abuser.
